These terms govern use of the reVolt website, waitlist, private-test applications, and related services.
Pre-launch service
Features, integrations, availability, and pricing may change before public launch. Private-test access does not guarantee continued availability or a future commercial plan.
Account responsibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use reVolt only with vehicles, plugs, utility accounts, and service locations you are authorized to manage.
Charging decisions
Rate information, schedules, savings, charging time, and cost outputs may be estimates. Vehicle readiness, utility data, network availability, and third-party APIs can affect results. Follow vehicle, charger, utility, and electrical safety requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse connected-device commands, scrape protected data, or use reVolt unlawfully.
Illinois law
These terms are governed by Illinois law, subject to applicable consumer protections.
