This policy explains how GetRevolt.ai LLC handles information submitted through the reVolt website and authenticated services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as waitlist details, contact messages, account information, connected-device and vehicle data, utility selections, charging records, and support diagnostics. We also collect limited operational logs needed to secure and run the service.
How we use information
- Provide and support reVolt services.
- Manage the waitlist and requested communications.
- Operate vehicle, plug, utility-rate, charging-history, and savings features.
- Detect misuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
Retention
Website lead and contact information is retained for up to 24 months unless it is converted into an account record, needed for an active support matter, or must be retained for legal or security reasons. Eligible expired records are anonymized.
Your choices
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion where applicable. Marketing email is optional. Contact privacy@getrevolt.ai.
Age and location
reVolt accounts are intended for people age 18 or older and the initial launch is limited to the United States.
Security and service providers
We use service providers including AWS for hosting and authentication, Microsoft 365 for business email, and vehicle or utility providers when you choose to connect them. We apply access controls, encryption where supported, monitoring, and data minimization, but no online service can promise absolute security.
